• 1998 - Set up Case Differential machining line for Tata Motors.
• 2001 - Gurgaon Plant 2 added for Valve Housing Line, Solo Components Pvt.Ltd.
• 2002 - ISO 9001:2000 Standard Achieved.
• 2003 - Gurgaon Plant 3 started. Pressure Diecasting plant shifted to Gurgaon
• 2005 - Gravity Diecasting facility started
• 2005 - ISO / TS 16949:2002 Standard Achieved.
• 2006 - Export of Case Differential Housing, Graziano started.
• 2008 - New 5000 SQM. Plant at IMT Manesar, Gurgaon .
• 2009 - Supply of fully furnished Case Differential Housings to Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., the largest automaker in India
• 2013 - Start of supplies of X Ray machine housings to Thales of France.
• 2015 - Start of supplies of Differential cases to Suzuki Indonesia, thru Hitachi Metals.
• 2016 - Solo completes 25 years of manufacturing excellence.
